Very pleasant drink
As a fan of green tea I was quite excited to try these, I have one in the afternoon and its a real pick me up - not over the top. I like sugar and its very nice. When I run out I will defiantly by more, I think I feel better as a result of drinking it as wellZ

If you are used to drinking green tea then this will be just up your street.As someone who drinks black coffee and green tea I have enjoyed the taste of this. Can't say that I have noticed any particular health benefits but haven't been drinking it for very long.

Yes its stimulating !
As a pick me up I can recommend, however, I was a bit unprepared for its somewhat 'stimulating' effect (despite it saying it had such an effect). I bought as a healthy alternative to coffee. Its simple to make, add hot water and leave to steep, then drink. I can personally vouch for its stimulating effect. I could feel my laser focus come into being and my senses heightened - a bit too much for me perhaps. I suggest if you've never taken it before then don't make it first thing in the morning. I now take a couple of times a week in the late morning or at lunch for a small pep up now and again. Its herby tasting as expected and is good quality.
