Low Gluten 1 3/8" Diameter (35mm) Altar Communion Bread Box of 25

My husband has celiac disease, and this communion bread allows him to participate in service with everyone else. The bread has a fresh taste unlike other products.

I've never heard of or seen the category "Low Gluten" so my eyes didn't notice that it was Low Gluten, not Gluten Free. Upon receiving this product, I then had to spend no small amount of time researching what Low Gluten meant so I could determine if we can serve it to gluten free folks. Turns out it technically should be ok, but I'm still a bit nervous. I'll ask the other priests what they want to do given the research I did, including from the Cavanaugh website. As Eeyore would say "Oh, bother...".

We do not need to use low gluten hosts very often so I appreciate that these are individually wrapped rather than all in one bag where they would become stale over time.

We needed low gluten hosts quickly. They arrived before any supplier could send. They are low gluten, so permitted for Catholic Mass.
