I've had these a while waiting for the existing cartridges to drain. Unlike the authorised HP cartridges the ink sloshes around inside the cartridge and starts leaking out as soon as the protective cover is removed. After exchanging over all of the cartridges my fingers are covered with ink which seems semi- permanent!. Having said that I printed off a couple of photos and they were fine. Will ensure that I am wearing some latex gloves next time.

These replacement cartridges work well. The ink is quite thin so they are a little fiddly to install without the ink spilling out but it’s possible if you take care. I needed to clean the print heads a couple of times to get decent print quality but it’s working well now. There is a relatively large hole at the top of the cartridge so I’m interested to see whether the ink dries out more quickly than the HP product.

I didn't know what to expect from these, I figured it was worth a try for £15, having spent nearly that on a single genuine cartridge in the past. Genuinely glad I did as they have been great, it's enabled us to print many photo's and reams of stuff for the kids going back to school.Would recommend these to anyone needing ink in a pinch, I haven't noticed any difference in quality over genuine in my HP Photosmart 5520. The "non-genuine ink" messages are a bit annoying, but a small price to pay.

The order was a very good price, very quick delivery and exactly as described in the advert . All inks seem to work, blue head dries out quickly, but the printer tool clear it. Cannot comment on how long the document/drawing printout will last.

My HP printer initially failed to recognise these cartridges but it turned out to be a very dirty print head. Once I had taken the whole assembly out and clean the head and contacts in the printer they worked fine. Will buy again. They also have good comms but i didn't need to trouble them.

Fantastic service and top quality product. Just the same if not better than big named brands! Why pay more than you need to. I recommend buying all cartridges from here.

Working fine up to now. I'm not a heavy user when it comes to printing but so far so good.
