I’ve been using these for the past few months. They are high quality and really raise my ketones.

Pleasant taste. However, the sodium is way to high. I usually can only do half a serving, some days I can take it at all. Why? Because I am eating real food that already has sodium added to it. The sodium in this product would cause my sodium to be way over board if I took it as directed. This product or a salty steak? It's going to be the salty steak.It's also on the sweet side -which can trigger cravings.Disappointed. :(

Giving it 4 stars cause it honestly doesn’t taste that great. I’ve been trying to figure out what to mix it with that l’ll taste good and to what ratio. So far less water and more water don’t work, sugar free syrups, nope. But it does do what it’s meant to. Helps me cleanse and get into ketosis while curbing my appetite for a few hours. It mixes into hot water well.The price is crazy. . .going to try mixing it with coffee next. Maybe even use some sweetener or something.

I love this stuff!!! I have tried other brands, but this one works and it works well and it does not taste terrible!! It dissolves easily, it is expensive but you don’t need to use it every day and you can mix just 1 scoop and get results!

This seller sent me expired product knowing that it’s not eligible for return. That is an awful business practice. I will only buy direct in the future. Great product but questionable seller.
