A must have for experienced divers
Experienced divers know that in reality we very rarely use a snorkel unless we need to swim a long way to a dive site. How often in reality does this happen? Yes, you might save a few breaths of gas on a swim from a boat to the point of descent but having a snorkel attached to the mask is a drag (literally) and is nothing more than a flappy snag hazard IMHO. But in an emergency, rough surface conditions or heaven forbid the boat is not there when you surface, a snorkel is needed. Cue this great little item which when rolled and stowed is smaller than your fist, weighs a few grams and can be tucked away in a pocket. It's easy enough to roll it up and pack it away but actually quite rigid when opened. I had to buy this item from Amazon USA because the European suppliers did not stock the neon yellow version.Call me a bluff old traditionalist, in an emergency situation the last thing I want is a black or blue colour which blends in with the waves.Apply the safety equipment rule. It's better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it.

Great new snorkel.
If you're a scuba diver, ya know what a pain a snorkel can be hangin from your mask while diving. I didn't know about these until a local dive master showed me hers, & raved about it. I picked this color as a safety measure, just incase I'm ever separated from my dive team, & will be seen easier during a search. The snorkel seems to be built well, & works just as a snorkel should. It is fairly stiff, & requires a bit of work to get it rolled up correctly & put into the case. The only reason this isn't a five star review. After in the case, ya just clip it to your BCD, & it's right there if ya ever need it. If needed, I'll update any other findings after more dives, & use in the ocean.

Perfect roll up snorkel keeps its shape forever!
Great roll up silicon snorkel. I keep it rolled up in my BCD pocket for about 90% of the time and even leave it in there overnight for days at a time with no disfigurement at all! It also works great and doesn't leak or anything. I like the bright yellow one as it is more visible if you are snorkeling in higher boat traffic areas. I don't use the little holder clip it came in, I don't know if I would trust it, but it is perfect for folding/rolling up and putting in a pocket.

Not a roll up snorkel
I hate snorkels but like to have one on me in case of emergency. I was excited to find a roll up snorkel in a bright color (in case it got dropped) to keep clipped onto my bcd or tucked into a pocket. I was very surprised to find that despite being silicone, this snorkel does not roll up at all. You could maybe manage to bend it, but it’s never going to roll up into the handy dandy half circle case that comes with it. The case, in fact, only cradles the mouthpiece. Deceptive.

clip attachment easy to break
I bought two of these for me and my husband as we hate to have snorkels hanging from our masks. The snorkel is fairly rigid so it takes a little bit of muscle to roll them up and put them in the holder but they won't fall out. However, the plastic clip that holds the snorkel keeper is inadequate. It broke off the very first time I took a giant stride off of the dive boat- fortunately the diver behind me saw it falling and grabbed it for me so I suggest you keep it in a pocket (hence the 3 star rating) or hold it when jumping in the water. The other thing is that the colored part of the snorkel is very heavy for a snorkel so you must have something to attach it to your mask when snorkeling or it will flop down into the water because the mouthpiece is extremely soft and flexible. The oceanic snorkel attachment works very well and fits this snorkel- uses plastic type Velcro fastener.

Bright yellow and snug in holder
This snorkel is great to keep in your bcd pocket, or clip it on. A boat will see your snorkel, for it is bright. I also appreciate how it fits well into the holder. It will not fall out and get loose. It will not lose its shape when unrolled.

Great for the diver with a BCD and a large pocket or two.
Great product. Folds readily and disappears into the holder easily

Does the job
I purchased this to replace a lost roll up snorkel which I had used for years (I'm a retired instructor). This was larger and stiffer than the earlier one, but does the job. It is a bit harder to fit into my BC pocket where I prefer to keep it. It is also a bit more difficult to roll up but that may change over time. I do like the sturdiness of the tube and the bright color.

Snorkel
Es un tubo con una boquilla. No tiene válvulas que se atoren y fuguen. Es sencillo y no falla. Se puede enrrollar para su transporte
