This is the book for a non-HR personnel keen to learn about the strategic perspective of human capital management. I am a computer science and business person, loved reading this book for its simplistic explanation of HR management.

This was a required textbook for my course. I really didn't learn anything from this book. I felt like everything was what you would expect if you've ever worked in a corporate environment. My instructor also distributed articles on HR, which I felt were much more interesting.
