Does not keep drinks hot
It works like they say it won't tip over but you will be lucky to have coffee stay hot for a half hour nice cup other than that

That I am getting exactly what I am paying for at the agreed upon price!
Ok here is the deal. The product itself is great. Doesn’t leak, or tip over as advertised. However, I believe the product I got may have been returned and then shipped to me because the box was torn, there parts of packaging on the inside of the package (weird). I don’t like my items to be tampered with and if I am paying new prices they should be new not returned items.

Not thermal, like at all.
This mug is amazing when it comes to staying put and upright, as well as being totally leak proof. I also like how easy the lid is to drink from. I wish it would keep my coffee hot though. Disposable cups keep heat in better. I haven't tried it on child drinks yet.
