Durability Nut Cracker Set with 2 Picks, Versatility Nutcrackers for All Nuts, Pecan Walnut Plier Opener Tool

Advertised as heavy duty. So, I expected heavy duty, sturdy, durability and quality. Every piece feels cheap! Like they could break just by touching them. Made of very low quality metal. As you hold anyone of the pieces in your hand, they develop a smell. Which means metals mixed with nickel. Nickel is a soft metal. That is why you can bite into a nickel and leave teeth marks. I bought these to crack nuts! They are not worth the money. This set is par with something you would expect to get from an under a dollar store.

This is a great set in my opinion. They appear pretty solid, used them around Christmas time where a few relatives had the chance to try them out and all thought the larger nut cracker was great. The green handled cracker was similar to the old style silver but with the gips and rounded cracker part, it was definitely a step up from that. One thing we really liked about the larger one where you insert the nut, is that we didn't crack as much of the actual walnut inside. Maybe its just us, but it's a little challenge to get the walnut out in large or whole portion, with this you can. :-)

Couldn't handle hazelnuts. Broken after 4 months. Grips are so cheap material and when you crack some nuts your fingers and hands are hurting. Waste of money. Don't buy.

My Dad always had a set when I was growing up. I was glad to get them, Then discovered our mixed nuts were inedible!! So, at least I have the Tools now, for next Holiday season!

Great set haven’t upgraded in years - who knew they made ones so easy to use!

The big one was too big for the nuts i eat so I was not able to use it. Loved the green one!

Broke cracking almond shells. Lasted about a week.

This is a good set of Nutcrackers.
