I had been using a “dark cocoa” powder from an established brand, but all of a sudden I couldn’t find it anywhere in store or online. For years I put a small amount in my coffee every day which takes it to another level. I took a chance on this as a substitute. I can’t believe how much better my coffee tastes now. It is sublime. I almost don’t want to say how much I like this as I don’t want everyone else to use it, too. I want to be able to buy more.

This is now the only cocoa powder I use. out of this world. smooth as silk. And with better quality cocoa powder you can use less sweeteners. Very easy to mix in my coffee.

The Coca Powder is fresh, tasty, and the quality is amazing (when compared to other coca powder this is the best!). It really makes the baked goods taste so much better than other, better-known, brands. Highly recommend it!

I’ve always used Hershey’s cocoa powder. It is what my grandma used. I never knew the taste of cocoa powder could be so different! I love this cocoa. It is creamy and fudgy. The aroma is sweet chocolatey bliss. I have a berry smoothie I make in the mornings with cocoa powder and decided based on reviews to give this a whirl. I am so glad I did. It is easy to mix in to my smoothie and a good value for a more premium cocoa product. It has a deep reddish brown color. I have not baked with it as I rarely bake but in just my limited use this week of it I will never change back to the other brand.

This cocoa powder is for making real dark hot chocolate with a rich chocolate taste and aroma you won’t find elsewhere. Mixes easily with milk (follow directions) and is ready surprisingly fast. Trust me, you won’t miss the boxed brand you used to buy from the grocery store. I take a pause daily to sip and enjoy. Antioxidants served!

This stuff is so good. I use it to make hot cocoa and the powder is easy to dissolve in the warm milk. I hope Amazon will sell it again at a reasonable price!!

My wife bakes as a hobby and has used basic name brand cocoa for decades. I recently saw this cocoa on an episode of America's Test Kitchen and bought it for my wife to try. The depth of chocolate flavor added was an order of magnitude over the old Hersheys stuff. The increase in flavor relative to its price is a huge win - would highly recommend.

Guittard is a very good cocoa powder. I have always used Hershey's, but saw an article which rated cocoa powders. This was one on that list. When I opened it, it had such a nice cocoa smell to it. I had been promising my husband to make him some homemade cocoa, so I heated the milk on the stove, added the cocoa powder, stirred and let it dissolve, poured it into mugs, sweetened his with stevia and mine with organic Florida Crystals, since he is a diabetic. He loved it and so did I. It was a very rich tasting cocoa. I can't wait to bake a chocolate cake with it and chocolate frosting, too.
