Excellent book.
Received a brand new book in excellent condition. Tintin is one of the best comic books to gift young kids. They'll get hooked for life.

Good quality. Can buy.
Its worth the price. Not like original TinTin which had all pages water proof quality. But its okay for the price in rupees. My kid loves reading it. Planning to buy all titles.

Arrived in good condition.
The comic book arrived, nicely packed and in good condition. No wrinkles or damaged corners. The printing of the book, however, could have been better. The color should have been more punchy and vibrant. It's the paperback version and not the mass market one which the Explorers on the Moon is, and is yet to arrive. Would be able to make out the difference once I get both of them side by side.

Hergé matches Jules Verne
The love for Tintin in our family is revealed by the fact that when I asked my 12 yr son that why does he choose this one, he informed me that this is the 24th Tintin in our house. Only one more is left to be purchased. Released first time in colour in 1953, this hard bound book is a collector's item.Written 19 years before the Apollo 11 Moon landing of 1969, Hergé was keen to ensure that it was scientifically accurate, based on ideas about space flight then available. In this regard, his quest for science is comparable to that of Jules Verne, another French author. This book is a prequel to "Explorers on the Moon". The basic plot of this comic adventure deals with a situation when Tintin and Captain Haddock agree to join the expedition of flying from the Earth to the Moon on a rocket ship, the design and construction of which is undertaken by Professor Calculus as a part of a secret commission of the Syldavian government. The funniest moment of the book, according to my son, is the situation depicted in its front cover, where Professor Calculus is seen rushing to a huge rocket on a jeep taking Captain Haddock and Tintin along with him saying "Look what the goat created". This was actually a response to Captain Hassock calling him a goat saying, "You can go on acting the goat here for as long as you like".Like all other Tintin adventure comics, this one also deserves a five star or even more, if apart from the story, one only looks at its graphic presentation. A safe recommendation to any and every one.

Good quality print but unfortunately received a copy with torn corner of back cover
I loved the quality of print and this was a gift for someone but unfortunately the bottom of back cover was torn and the corners of the binding was bit damaged. I wanted to ask for a replacement but it is showing only option for refund. And I did not want to spend time in refund and then reorder again.

Nice, as expected. But print too small
Nice, as expected with Tintin books. But print is way too small as compared to original. I bought it for my 6 and halp year old nephew. He did enjoy it, although the story is a bit advanced for kids of that age. He likes everything related to space. Hence the interest

High quality printing at reasonable price
The graphic novel is of high quality and world class pictographic content. Great for visual learning and language skills...

Tintin and Rocket Science!
Another brilliant and funny book in the Tintin series. The storyline is much advanced in the sense that Tintin starts for the moon way before 1969, thanks to Herge. The basic and priliminary scientific idea behind the working of a rocket(usage of terms like nuclear research, cadmium rods etc etc) is nicely illustrated here and interesting enough to encourage a young mind to know more about rocket science etc. I got this book for my brother. He loves it n me too. What is even more nice is the fact that my brother claims that this book has instilled great respect for science n physics in him.Now he wants to be an astronomer n join the NASA! I tell you little boys are psychos! But now I also see him studying his 5th grade maths n science seriously.TINTIN has done good to my brother :)

Big and beautiful book
Love these books, big and beautiful. I bought it for my 8 year old son. He loves the cartoons and movie. It is at the top end of his reading ability, but worth the effort to read. He loves these books. Came super fast through amazon.mx, arrived in less than a week. I read online that it is not scientifically accurate and explained that to my son, he didn't really care.
