It's a cord wrap heavy wrapping backed by hook and loop fastener ("velcro"), and a steel grommet hanging on a hook or pegboard. All very sturdy. The bigger sizes are usefull for 50-100 foot sizes and the biggest size is good for garden hoses. There are smaller sizes, also useful, but 6-15 foot extension cords have competion: half-inch wide rubber bands.It's simple and/but what Wrap-It does, it does really well. The only thing that brought me bigger thrills was the Milwaukee 7" battery miter saw with the dead-nuts-accurate LED cutting guide, and that's about 100X the price of one big Wrap-It cord.

Seller was easy to deal with. I got them right away. They work awesome and they work for other stuff too for hanging not just extension cords hoses.

The quality and ease of use surpass any cord, hose or rope organizer that I have used. My only suggestion to potential buyers of this assortment is to evaluate your needs. In other words what are the diameters of your coils around the area where you will place the organizer. In my case with most of my coils being extension cords the smalles and middle sizes are best. The largest is fine for coiled compressed air and water hoses. If I was starting with no organizers, I would have purchased the assortments of the smaller sizes and only a couple of the largest size individually

I’ve maintained a longer relationship with my Wrap-It Storage straps than I have with most people.I found a blue set at an estate sale years ago & instantly fell in love with the simplicity and utility. I use these to hang extension cords and cordless power tools in my workshop. The grommets and hook & loop fasteners still haven’t worn out (even after years of constant use)! Strong, no-nonsense, and reliable - unlike my ex - these straps won’t let you down!5 stars, highly recommended.

I have a lot of long extension cords, got tired of winding them up so I bought these to use. Work great and easier to hang up.

The velcro area is large so the strength of the hold seems more than sufficient, even for my heavier extension cord. Gromets are a great size and also seem strong. Very happy with this purchase to help me keep my garage organized.
