Not great quality but did the job
These were perfect for my son’s Hulk themed birthday party, but some of the balloons did not inflate well and were super small. Others were perfect but they did not last long. For a four year old though he thought they were the coolest thing ever so I’d buy again for a young child.

One balloon had a tear in it and couldn't use it. So was a little disappointed about that. Other than that they look great.
