Assess Full Range Peak Flow Meter

I use my peak flow to monitor my asthma. This peak flow goes over 900 not the normal 800. My old peak flow maxed out at 800 - my yellow and red zones were based on the max of 800. Using the 800 scale, when I thought I was in the yellow, I was actually in a red zone. I am better able to judge the need for medication with more reliable numbers.

We have used Assess PF meters on countless numbers of our patients and had no complaints with the old meters. The latest batch have a defective spring device which rusted after about two weeks rendering the meters useless.

This peak flow meter is just like the one I use in the doc's office. Very accurate. And, it's nice that there are three adjustable tabs; so you can set your target area. I recommend this product for any asthma sufferers. Also, comes with a guide in which you can keep track of your progress.
