Great for my neck and shoulders
I am only doing four stars because it is a little difficult to get it set up and then the right distance from the door it is set up on (this is not major, or a deal breaker, just requires trying positions then adjusting a couple of times) BUT once you get that all worked out, IT IS HEAVEN. It gives just enough pull to allow those tense neck and should muscles to be extended just a bit and then state to relax. Once muscles relax you may have to adjust your position a bit to accommodate for the relaxed tension. Your head is not touching the floor but the distance from the floor does not need to much. Just enough to allow you head to be non-weight bearing. It is great, would recommend it and would buy again. My husband and I both use it.

It is real easy to use
I was hurt with a head/ neck injury and I use this twice a day, first thing in the morning and before I go to bed and it has help with the bad headaches.
