These bands work very well. I have long straight silky fine hair and they stay right where I place them until I remove them. They are durable and last a good long time. I wear my hair in a pony tail everyday. They have never snagged in my hair either. I will choose these bands every time.

These truly are easy to remove, they slide out of my hair without pulling my hair or breaking individual strands which means less damage-significantly less (see update below). These are also very stretchy, much more than expected and I love how they disappear when they are in my hair. The only complaint I have is this isn’t stretchy enough to go around your wrist without it being super tight. If I take my hair band out somewhere other than home I usually put it on my wrist so I don’t lose it, with this I can’t because it’s tight which is how I’ve lost the ones I have. These are on the expensive side for what you’re getting. ***Edited to update*** I changed my rating from 3 to 5 because I am still on the same original package of 8. A nice addition although it may come with a price increase would be change the packaging its cute but not functional, after you use an elastic it will stretch a little (nothing major and still not even close to being able to fit on my 6.5" wrist) so when you try to put the used elastic back in the packaging (to keep up with them) the used elastic falls out so its impossible to keep them all together. To date I have not found anything else similar to this product, when I got my hair cut my stylist commented on how I no longer have any damage from hair ties (like the traditional ones I once used) she thought I wasn't wearing my hair up at all anymore, I then proceeded to tell her about these. She recommended I keep using them and she has now bought them for herself and now recommends to other clients.

The perfect hair tie that can’t be seen. They are invisible, a bonus for fair hair… or any style where you don’t want it to be seen! This is a perfect width, unless you have tons of thick hair; go with a wider width. Guys with long locks? This one is for you. It’s the only kind my sweetie will use for ponytails.

EDIT: I marked down a star because, of course, right after I buy them there’s a significant drop in price. Combine that with the dealbreakers I listed below. Of course the best hairband I’ve come across in years won’t fit around my wrist, that would be too perfect. But seriously, these hair elastics were a pleasant surprise. I feel like the photos of the 4mm and 2mm make them look deceptively larger/longer than they actually are, but the 4mm size, which is what I got, fits nicely around my ponytail twice. With some hair bands, I get that feeling where 2 loops isn’t tight enough, but 3 is too tight and I may lose some hair getting it out. Two is just right, but I actually wouldn’t fear having losing hair if it were ever too tight because the elastic really does just slide off my hair when I want it to; otherwise, it stays put. Since I can’t wear the elastic on my wrist (and it’s pretty small), I’m scared my cat will get ahold of one and eat it. He loves my hair ties. As much as I love these hair elastics, not being able to wear it on my wrist and potentially being swallowed by my cat are dealbreakers. We’ll see how things go. For now, I give them 5 stars.

I love these bands! Hair is always up in a ponytail. Regular no damage band still cause a lot of breakage on my hair and loose elasticity quickly. These bands are awesome. I bought them in clear so you don't see it much. They are thin but strong. Flat and wider than the mini bands, they stretch a lot without breaking, don't tangle in your hair and hold a tight pony without pulling. To small to wear on your wrist, so when not in use, I just wrap it twice around my finger and you can barely see it. These are a bit more expensive than regular bands...but well worth it.One package will last a long time if you can keep track of them.

I was aware of these for years before I purchased them. Now I have to wonder why I waited so long. I guess I thought how could they be so different from the other inexpensive clear bands? Why should I spend the extra money in them? Well, now I know. For one thing they don’t snag your hair like the cheap ones. They just glide out and when you look at them you can’t tell you have ever doubled them over to make a little pony tail. This leads me to the second reason you should spend the extra money. Because the used one looks new, you can use it again. And again. And again. And...and...and. Yes over and over. I have used one daily for over three weeks and it’s still like new. This means a packet could practically last a lifetime! Come on. These two reasons are enough to convince anyone to give these a try. You won’t regret it.

I can’t give these even 1 star .. every time I tried to simply put back a ponytail it snapped and broke … don’t waste your money

This is the second time that I have ordered this product. The first time was about a year ago. There are five or six elastic bands in this package. I only use them when I do a messy bun, which is probably three a month. These elastics are reusable! They keep their shape very well. Like I mentioned above it took about a year for me to go through the five or six that came in the package! At first I didn’t think it was a very good deal. I thought it was too expensive for so little product, but seeing how long that they lasted, I am a believer! I buy the little elastics from the grocery store and I only get one use out of them before they stretch out and break! I definitely recommend this product especially for a messy bun!

Hebe mir diese Haaargummis zum zweiten mal bestellt. Da ich meistens die Haare geflochten habe und mir schon öfters passiert ist das ich das Haargummi verloren habe, passiert es mit diesen Haargummi nicht. Halten bombenfest. Klar der Preis ist zwar bisschen hoch für nur Haargummis aber es lohnt sich.

zum Sport die besten Haargummis, da sie aber so klein und dünn sind habe ich schon einige verloren. aber da kann das Haargummi ja nix für. Für mich hat sich der Kauf absolut gelohnt. Bisher habe ich erst eins der Haargummis gebraucht. Es ist inzwischen zwar etwas ausgeleiert und verfärbt, allerdings hebt es gut, ist unglaublich Dehnbar und geht beim Abziehen leicht wieder von den Haaren. ********GEHEIMTIPP****** Wenn die Gummis zu stark ausleihern einfach kurz einen Tee damit machen... Im ernst! in eine Tasse mit heißem Wasser legen und die Gummis ziehen sich wieder ein ganzes Stück zusammen und man kann sie weiterhin benutzen. Wie oft das klappt weiß ich nicht aber damit kann man die Lebensdauer sicherlich verdoppeln. Also das ein einzelnes Haargummi mehrere Monate hält hätte ich nicht gedacht. Hier geht Qualität eindeutig vor dem Preis, ich denke bis alle Haargummis unbenutzbar sind werden noch ein oder zwei Jahre vergehen

Ich habe lange, viele und dicke Haare. Schon seit langen kann ich keine gute Haargummis finden. Bei Drogerie habe schon verschiedene ausprobiert und nach einmal zusammen binden, sind die 2 bis 3 mal so lang. Dazu halten Sie die Haare auch nicht ganz fest, was bei Sport nicht besonders bequeme ist. Deswegen habe ich in Internet nach Haargummis gesucht und BLAX entdeckt und gleich bestellt. Ich muss sagen - Super !! Bei Auspacken habe ich mir gedacht ... o man, so kurz, ich kriege nie meine Haare da rein. Aber falsch gedacht, die dehnen sich gut und kommen sofort in seine Alterform, damit sitzt der Pferdeschwanz fest. Auch nach paar Tagen und mehrmaligen benutzen sind es nicht länger geworden. Abziehen war bei mir auch kein Problem, keine Haare an Haargummi was oft der Fall war. Ich bin begeistert !!! Zur Preis: ist auf einmal mehr als Drogerie Haargummis (2,99) aber für 7,70 Euro habe ich hier 8 Stück und nicht 3-4 bekommen. Und was für eine Haargummis. Und wenn ich mal 1 Monat günstigere kaufe, komme am Ende sogar teuer.

These elastic bands are amazing! Hold my hair well, but glide off so easily. Love them!
