According to packet of 2.6 oz of the Demi Glace there is 380mg of sodium in it. Don't know if that helps.

This is very good product, it makes a great sauce. If you would want to use it to replace a cabernet sauce, it would do fine, but you would not get the flavor from the wine reduction.
