This product has become a staple in helping me with adrenal fatigue. Highly recommend. One of the few multi-mineral supplements out there.

I wanted to make a correction to my previous review which I have left intact here to serve as a cautionary tale when making reviews. My documentation and logic was good. However, my conclusion was not. The issue turned out to be something very different and unusual and simply mimicked what I was used to experiencing with low chromium.As such I am raising my rating to 5 stars. Original review: I was using a multi mineral supplement that had the same label as this. I switched because this was less expensive. However, it doesn't seem to have the same chromium potency. Due to a prescription drug (and diabetes) my body does not regulate chromium properly. The body normally tightly controls the serum level of chromium. Much more so than other minerals. This is because a small change in concentration makes a big difference in blood glucose control. The drug I am on hampers with this homeostasis. As such I have to take a consistent amount of chromium in order for my injected insulin to function consistently. If I take no chromium the longevity of injected insulin is 7 hours. If I take 400 mcg my longevity is 1.5 hours. I take 200 mcg to give me a 4 hour longevity which is perfect. After switching to this brand my longevity started getting longer (like taking less chromium). The response time on this is weeks so between the time it started to show up and when I finally figured out what was happening was about 6 weeks. I calculate that it contains half the chromium listed on the bottle. I have another problem that appears when I stop taking molybdenum. That never developed. So the molybdenum is at the listed level or is at least high enough to be ok. I don't know what my threshold for that mineral is. All this may not matter to you and then the product should get a 4 or 5 star. You just need to decide whether you need exactly what the bottle says is in it or not. In my case it destabilized blood sugars and will take me another month to return to normal. As you can imagine I'm not happy about that at all.

The Quality & Effectiveness is very good. I have found that I needed more than what this supplement has to offer me.

I sleep and feel so much better when I take this consistently. I’ve gotten so many friends to take it as well and everyone loves it.
