Smells great and does deodorize the air. Long lasting candle.

I first saw this candle at a veterinarian's office. It has some kind of a sweet lemon scent of which I like. It didn't give me a headache at all. As I got home, I checked on Amazon and ordered it right away. We had a dog at that time, and it helped masked the smell of the dog. It gave a fresh nice smell to the whole house. I also do a lot of cooking especially fish and my husband doesn't even complain about the smell of the fish. So, this is always lighted when I'm cooking. I burn it for 1 hr. a day. If you burn it longer than 2 hrs., it will emit black smoke. Also trim the wick if it's too long. Highly recommend!

I purchased a orange lemon splash candle and I do like the fragrance. It is nice but not to strong. I would give it 5 stars if it would have been a bit stronger smelling. But overall I am fairly satisfied with this purchase.

I have purchased quite a few candles as "smoke" eliminators and I started buying them when I lived in an apartment where the neighbor was a smoker and the smoke came through the walls and aggravated my asthma. I swear - I bought 2 or 3 air purifiers with the highest rating, and nothing seemed to work, until I found this brand. When I bought the first Orange Lemon smoke eliminator candle a few months ago, the smell was wonderful (now I use it when I have a defective candle that emits horrible fumes, and somehow it absorbs those fumes quite nicely!). When I went to look for the same one (Orange Lemon), this pet odor exterminator was the only one they had, so I gave it a try. To be honest, I am lucky - I don't have the smoker neighbor anymore, and I don't need it to neutralize pet smells in spite of having 2 cats and 2 dogs. I just buy it now because it burns for a fairly long time, I love the ambiance these candles provide, plus they provide a little extra heat for my cold hands when I am working - not to mention they smell wonderful!! I wouldn't say I get 70 hours out of it...but maybe 36 to 48 hours. None of these candles have ever been defective - and if you have purchased one, you know what I am talking about. I will continue to buy these over and over again!! P.S. Out of the bamboo, gardenia and vanilla, this one is my favorite.

Smells nice, does temporarily eliminate the order but not long term. Burns very fast.

Wow... this is literally the first review I ever write on here but this candle is worth it. My mom recently agreed to getting a dog even though in the past she has had very bad allergies that give her migraines due to the smell or hair of dogs. At first everything was fine and we even thought her allergies were finally cured but that was a false alarm, she started getting allergies and migraines again and we knew it was because of the dog, we tried cleaning him and bathing him often but nothing would work, until this freaking candle! At first I was worried about the smell because she’s also sensitive to strong scents, but it smells delicious and she loves it, and as soon as we light it up, her allergies magically disappear and the smell of dog too! Now she’s telling me to buy one for every room in the house! It also lasted us for almost three months, granted we didn’t light it up every day, only when she would get the allergies or the dog smell was too strong.

I very much like this brand of candle. We have three cats and no matter how much we love them, sometimes they stink up the house. I'm not a huge fan of perfumes or fragrances, so I'm always on the lookout for subtle but effective scents. This brand can be overwhelming, but that's kind of the whole point. This scent - the Orange Lemon Splash - is extremely nice. There is a great balance between the sweetness of the orange and the sharpness of the lemon and I find it to be very pleasant. I can burn it for about a half hour and it gets rid of whatever smell I'm trying to hide and then leaves a nice scent for a few hours afterwards. Generally, you get a lot of life out of these candles. They burn pretty completely so very little is wasted. I like the fact that they have a lid to keep the smoke contained after they are blown out. Smell is really in the nose of the sniffer, so take my opinion with that in mind!
