Reliable little rice cooker
I use this daily for my work lunches, love how easy it is to use. Also double really well for cooking stews/curries/anything like that i would normally cook on the hob!

Little Rice Steamer
I like this a lot.Compact and very nice to look at.I only need to cook rice for myself so it is perfect.it cooks up to two portions very well but does take a bit of practice.Oh and I like being able to steam cook vegetables etc. at the same time, in the little steamer tin that comes with it!Over all very good value for money.

Good quality
It's totally worth it for the price you pay. Almost use it on a daily basis and works perfectly fine.Wish it has an option for crust rice (tahdig) too.

Absolutely RUBBISH
OMG how long does it take to cook rice? This has been cooking just one cup of rice for an hour now it’s absolutely rubbish. Do not waste your money. I suppose you get what you pay for!!! Lesson learnt

Cleaner than a pan, but still stuck to the bottom
There were 2 reasons for buying this.1) A watched pot means I'm doing nothing else2) Rice stuck to the bottom of the panI can mitigate both by just focusing on the pan - but let's face it, that's boring. So usually I end up with rice water all over the hob and a mass of rice stuck to the bottom. This will at least eliminate one of those problems. The recommended measurements are 1 x of rice to 2 x of water and with the rice I've been using (tbh it's the cheapest but I'm about to spend an extra 30p and up the quality) the final result is a sticky mass, I also usually throw in some peas too. The rice is fine, I've made better but the clean up is easier and once soaking the bowl the stuck on rice comes away easily enough. My issue is that there is a lot of stuck on rice - you can stir it to help mitigate this but this is always advised against.Overall with the steamer option it's a handy one pot solution - rice n peas in the bottom, broccoli and frozen dumplings in the steamer and 10 mins later dinner is served. So in summary it's alright. More effective than Matt Hancock. Wouldn't want to marry it though.
