The product was packaged well and shipped promptly. Although the assembly instructions could have been more thorough, it was very easy to assemble and there is a single metal hook built into the back of the fountain (top center) to use for hanging. (This was actually a selling point for me. One of the other fountains I looked at on Amazon had two "V" openings for hanging that weren't level.) If you use a screw to hang it, the unit will sit flush against the wall.It isn't stated in the instructions, but the peg located on the front side of the inside of the main water bowl is to mount the light ring. There is no way to hide the black electrical cord that I could find so it is hanging out of the main water bowl off to the side. I will likely purchase a bronze cord cover and run it down the center of the wall under the fountain.As for the sound... I purchased this fountain to provide a relaxing sound atmosphere on our deck. The sound produced by the fountain is very pleasant albeit a little louder than I anticipated. I filled the lower main bowl to the inside rim, approximately 1" from the top edge. I used Britta filtered water--it took about 3 pitchers full. I also added an enzyme to prevent yuckiness but safe for animals (just in case). I found that, on average, I add another pitcher full every other day, dependent on the weather. There is a little splash out so don't hang this fountain above anything that shouldn't get wet.The biggest challenge was drilling into the exterior brick wall! I was using a cordless 20V drill which has more than enough torque to do the job. I purchased a masonry drill bit which corresponded to the masonry screw I purchased to hang the fountain. Here is my big advice: I just grabbed a masonry bit and didn't really make any comparisons on price, brand, etc. After 10 minutes of continuous drilling, I was barely 1/4" in! Called the hardware store to ask what I was doing wrong. They suggested slowing the drill down and applying light pressure. A little better but getting nowhere fast. Back to the hardware store. It turns out that, in each box of masonry screws, a bit is provided. The salesperson dug around in the drawer of screws and pulled it out and GAVE it to me. Major improvement! LESSON LEARNED: Get a decent masonry drill bit to save yourself 2 hours of drilling time.

The media could not be loaded. Beautiful fountain….very lightweight and super cute! It has that nice gurgling sound and lights up at night. Quick shipping and the price is ok. Depending on what part of the US you live, you’ll have to bring it in, when the temps drop. We live in the Cincinnati area so we will def have to over-winter inside. I would highly suggest!!

This is a very nice item. It is light weight which mad it easy to handle when hanging in my patio. There was some splash at first but if you adjust the flow on the pump and slow it down, the splash can be resolved. The cords are a bit unsightly but I'm thinking of some creative ways to hide it. I love the sound of the watt in my patio and the flickering of the light is very cool. This is a good item.

I love this fountain. I mounted it on my exterior wall near the entrance. With my framed chalk board back ground it is beautiful. That being said, it has some flaws. First and most noticeably it's back does not rest flat against the wall. It is curved a little like a potato chip so I imagine it is baked in an oven. Second, the nice antique finish is peeling off near the water reservoir i believe due to splashing water. Its not noticeable at night. That being said, it is a decent product for the price and the beauty it has, defects aside.

Overall, the fountain is good.It just took a bit to get it to properly hang due to the angle of the hanger. Had to get some tools out and bend a the hanger out which took some time due to the resin around it. Ended up making a small hole in it so had to apply some caulk so it would not get water inside it.Picture shows a screen/filter which did. It come with the fountain.It has been running fine 24x7 for about 10 weeks without any issues.

Love the look, is a bit smaller than what I thought, damaged within few months. material is too fragile, breaks by itself, I contacted the seller to find the pieces to fix it but They do not want to, I asked them for a discount in order for me to buy a new one, and they also declined. NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY!

I purchased this fountain to use between two beautiful tall house plants in my bedroom. It has given a whole new look to my room, and it looks like real iron and stone. Very classy with a soft water sound, soothing, and has the same effect on people that they get from aquariums. It's beautiful indoors although it could be used anywhere, even in the yard. Easy to set up and not as heavy when full as some of my large mirrors are. I highly recommend this fountain as it complements any décor or home style.

I have my fountain outside. I absolutely love it the light comes on at dark and the sound of water is very soothing. Its nice looking and not cheesy looking does crack easy if not careful but better than having the weight/$$ of stone. My only caution you have to watch to make sure the water level is not too low.
