Weak packaging
My tube arrived wrapped in paper and inside a box. No padding. Product had leaked out in the box and was covering the paper and tube. It wasn’t a lot but the shipper needs to Address this problem. Other than that I do like the shampoo and will buy again if it reduces an itching problem.
