I went to the doctor because I was experiencing pains "down below" at times. The doctor, unfortunately, told me something that I dreaded hearing. He said it was likely a result of blah blah blah blah blah.... things associated with aging. Yes, I'm pushing 60 and I now have age-related issues and was advised I need to wear underwear that's more "supportive". No more boxers or unsupportive boxer-briefs. looked at the medicinal supports, but they use adjustable straps that dangle, are expensive, and seem to be meant to be worn after surgeries or injuries. I need to think of something that I could wear daily. I used athletic supporters for a couple days until I was able to order a pair of these. I ordered one pair because I wanted to make sure they would work well before I ordered multiple pairs. After wearing them, I ordered three more pairs.The material is thin, stretchable, and very comfortable. The front pouch is lightly meshed for breathability and double-layered so that you have somewhat of a fly. There is a drawstring that extends from the waste down and under the scrotum area. When you pull the drawstring, it lifts and keeps everything in the pouch area, offering more support than briefs along would offer. Yes, you can feel the drawstring snug underneath if you tighten it, but I found I quickly adjusted to it The drawstring design lets you choose how tightly you want it. I found I could get nice support, with everything moved up into the pouch, and I found them surprisingly comfortable. I now have four pairs. This is my new normal.

Liked the product. Accidentally ordered two in same color. Will reorder in black or blue. Kept one but returned or will exchange the other.
