Skechers Women's Strength Shape-ups Trainers

I went into a Skechers store and was gutted to hear this style had been discontinued but they suggest I tried online. Thankfully I found them and didn't hesitate to put in an order. These trainers are so comfortable, to me, the best Skechers I've ever had and I've been a Skechers devotee for over 20 years so had several styles.I ordered them via Coast and Country Soles, my first ever order with them. They arrived in a couple of days, well packaged and exactly as I'd expected. The Skechers box also contained all the Skechers paperwork and the DVD that comes with these trainers. Delighted with both the product and the service from the provider and would definitely recommend both.

My husband bought me a pair of these for my birthday.At first I was a bit unsure whether I liked the look of them - I hadn't seen them before & the thick clumpy sole put me off.However, after putting them on my feet I quickly learned to love them!! They look a lot better on than off & are super comfortable to wear.Initially they took a bit of getting used to - they feel quite heavy on your feet (might be because I'm usually in flip flops!) but again the comfort soon made me forget about the weight.Mine included a DVD which explains the benefits & shows you how to walk with them properly. It also contains a 15 min and 30 min work out video - so far I've only viewed the 15 min work out but it looks quite easy and effective.I wear these almost everyday now. I wouldn't say that my legs or bum have got any firmer but whilst wearing them they certainly appear to give me a better silhouette.I would certainly recommend these trainers to anyone who is on their feet or walks a lot during the course of the day, even if just for comfort!

The postman has just arrived, a day earlier than expected!I very excitedly open the box and apart from my boys asking if they were for Daddy (!) I am very happy.I usually buy a size 7 shoe as I have wide feet and one foot is very slightly smaller than the other. I ordered a 6.5 and they fit fine, obviously a little loose on the smaller foot but I'm used to that. They do look big hence the Daddys new shoe reference.I would suggest ordering a size/half size down depending on your foot width.Mine came with two pairs of laces black and white plus a dvd.I put them on straight away and immediately felt I was standing better, coincidence, I don't know? I have been wearing them around the house and am already starting to feel my muscles working.So far I am very pleased with my purchase and would recommend.Read one review that said when they put their shoes on they wanted to walk and walk and walk, I got that too.

This is the second time I am buying these trainers and I am over the moon the same model still exists. These current trainers I have for over 3 years now and as (in my case) every other shoe, the inside padded heal area got worn out. This is not fault of these trainers at all as all my shoes get ruined this way only much sooner than these have - 3 years, maybe even longer and they still look like new despite me wearing them for at least 2 hours each day, I am passionate daily dog walker.You are never ever cold in these trainers ! I also suffer from lower back pain. These trainers are the best footwear I ever had, I can walk for hours without back pain that was previously caused by spinal compression while walking.10 out of 10 !!

I bought this as MBTs were starting to get to a ridiculous price. Bought this in June and 8 months down the road after daily wear, the front part of the sole has come away. Shoes were great to wear and gave relief to my back but shame about the wear. I used to wear MBTs and they lasted for over 2 years from daily wear. I might be going back to MBTs after all...However, I have to say that they were very comfortable although they did look very bulky. And they are rather heavy if you have to carry them around in your backpack.

Perfect fitting for people who need corrective insoles for plantar fasciitis and who also suffer with hypermobility . They have removeable inner sole too. I was advised to wear these by my podiatrist for their forward to back rocking as apposed to side to side. This is my third pair, each lasting a good 9 months of continuous wearing!

I was really excited about getting these. However I went walking in the countryside for more than 1 hour. Walking in the woods was not that comfortable. I tested it on flat surface as well and still struggled. they do not support my feet and ankle like my walking boots and gym trainers. I am size 5 with narrow feet, I found them a bit large and that might be why I do not get the support for my ankle. Despite the fact I do my shoes laces pretty tight, it did not really help. I have decided to use them when I go walking in towns. They do look good with a jeans , I guess I will get used to them at some point.

I have had these shoes for ages & they are by far the comfiest I have ever had. I work long hours where I have to stand on a hard floor for the majority of the time & these have helped massively. I no longer have a sore back because of the hard floor. As with everything they have eventually succumbed to use, but I’ll definitely be buying another pair!
