VERDUGO GIFT Midnight Elegance Wall Sconces

These look very elegant on my guest bedroom wall. Thanks to another reviewer's idea, I purchased chandelier wall clings and mounted these sconces to the wall clings. I also purchased a 6-piece set of remote controlled, battery operated tea lights to complete this look. Overall I couldn't be more pleased with the look and it added just the ambiance I was looking for.My only caveats are (like other reviewers mentioned) the one piece of metal on each side that bumps up against the glass candle holders, causing them to tilt. I fixed the problem easily by GENTLY bending these metal pieces (the little pieces that curl) until it no longer bumped the glass. Now the glass candle holders sit flush in their metal perch. I also received one sconce that was missing a set of the jewels/beads. This wouldn't be an issue if it wasn't the lowest hanging dangling bead which makes it quite noticeable that it's missing. Easily fixed if I had another set of the gems/beads that I could attach myself. Overall looks great in my room and completes the look I was going for.

(Edited at the end) It was difficult to rate these because they're just what I was looking for, but when they arrived they're both badly out of shape. I need to get a pair of pliers and bend all the metal pieces so that they're even on both sides and also so I can fit the cups properly so that they sit flush. Right now there is a piece of metal scroll on each side preventing the cups from sitting flush. I will also need to bend the metal pieces the cups sit in properly as the way they are now, the cups will sit tilted toward the wall once they're hung. There is also a red spot on one of the cups that will not come off. Almost as if it's part of the glass. I can turn that towards the wall, but I shouldn't have to when purchasing something new.Once I am able to correctly work on these I'm sure I'll be happy with them. It's just a shame that I need to now be a metal worker to get them to look like the picture.The metal is black, the jewels are black, and the glass cups are smoky grey with a slight purple hint for anyone who's not sure of the color.EDIT- I lowered the stars to one. I purchased clear jewels to switch the black ones out and just handling the sconces have caused the black paint to chip off in large areas, revealing the silver metal underneath. The chips are not from bending the metal... I didn't even get to that part yet, but I'm sure once I bend the metal back those stress points are going to lose the black paint also. It's sad because it seems from the reviews the sconces sent out were either perfect or seriously flawed. I never understood reviews that said they kept the item since it was too much of a hassle to send back... until now. I'm not spending close to the purchase price to return them. I'll paint them, but I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO!!!!!!

I've had these up for awhile. They are a bit small but sturdy enough. I have them in my bedroom wall and they look great. I put tea lights in them instead of candles, easier to remove. They held up just fine. I would definitely recommend. I have to say I'm a bit shocked by the price. When I bought them a year ago they were much lower.

These look so cool. The frame itself arrived a bit scratched (tolerable) but unfortunately the candle holders were insanely scratched and 1 was cracked. But here is the real kicker... they didn’t even fit on the metal frame! They were too large. So now I’ve got the metal frames on my walls and I’m looking for small glasses or candles that will fit in the holder. You guys had one job

These are a bit off centered & the welding spots are very noticeable. a couple of the crystals were a bit tangled but after some adjusting I think they will be fine. The glass candle holders are very nice & good quality. I love the purple color as well. I will be keeping these for my new home.

I didn't have the problems with these that others mentioned (something about a piece of metal that keeps the glass "cup" from sitting flat, missing crystals, et al.). Mine were in perfectly fine condition, and they are quite pretty.

I love these and was surprised that they were a lot larger than I thought they would be. The base of one of candles was bent and I am afraid to bend it back because I dont want to break the base off but other than that, I love them!!!

They look pretty on the wall but the glasses do not fit properly and poke out. It's also made pretty thin and is super light weight ans cheaply made. They r pretty, just don't use them I guess.
