Okay... this might sound weird, but these are delicious! I hate swallowing pills, but I also am picky when it comes to the taste of gummies. These taste so good and doesn't feel like I am taking a vitamin.

Impossible to tell if the dosage is as represented but I wouldn't call these "gummy" style. Definitely easy to chew -easier than gummies to chew. They almost melt in your mouth. A bit sweet tasting.This isn't a negative comment just more of a fyi to a buyer.

It’s definitely sugary so for the boys that don’t like thanking vitamins this works great! If you don’t like sugar then I probably wouldn’t get these. But otherwise they are good & easy to take.
