Overall 5+ Star Chairs and I am impressed. Shipping is fast. Ordered on Thursday and Delivery on Monday, so only 2 business day shipping including order processing time. The shipping cost is well worth it. Assembly instruction is clear and chairs are easy to install. I spent 15 minutes on two chairs assembly. The inside parts are well protected. The final bolts I need to push on the pad to get bolt hole and bolt aligned. Other than that, it is super easy to install. Also two Ellen wrench are provided. The quality is great. Feels strong. Surface clean and durable. Sitting on them is comfortable. Painting on the metal attaches well. Overall excellent design, easy assembly, and great quality. Impressive

These Devoko Reception Chairs are exactly what I was looking for! They’re very comfy, sturdy, and well-made. The chairs look really good in my office, adding a touch of professionalism to the space. I wanted chairs that were more sturdy and that had arms. I ordered these to replace the dangerous folding chairs that my 89 yr old friend used daily. The chairs she used daily did not have arms to help her get up, seemed too low & did not they seem stable. They slid back on her tile floor when sat and got up. It was just a matter of time before she hurt herself. These chairs are firm & sturdy & are much easier for her to use. They have a little weight to them so they don’t slide on her floor but not so much weight that they are hard to move by yourself. They look nice too, well made and safe. So glad I got these for her. Now I don’t have to worry about her with those old flimsy chairs she had. These would be perfect for an office, school or business.

For the money these are good chairs. They are not extraordinary comfortable or sturdy. But good enough if lightly used. I am using them in a private office for occasional guests.

These chairs are ok. They are definitely inexpensive, so they have that going for them. They quickly became uncomfortable, mostly due to the back. The padding seemed to give way quickly, and you feel like you are leaning back against the edge of a piece of plywood. The chairs are also generally small in size. Most of the folks in our office are bigger people, so this may have contributed to the problem. I will not be ordering these chairs again.

We were not pleased with these chairs. The holes on the chairs were not lined up properly so putting them together was next to impossible. Initially the company wanted us to ship them back, and I said no way, big boxes and expensive. They ended up sending return labels for us. All in all they were very helpful.

Perfect chairs for the reception area of my salon space. They are very solid and sturdy. Well constructed and easy to put together. Not rickety or wobbly at all! Very pleased, for the price.

I ordered 2 sets of these chairs. The first set was really good so I ordered another set. But the second set had issue during the assembling. The screw hole was too narrow and I wasn't able to insert the screw because the holes are metallic so even if you force you can't put the screw if it doesn't fit. They won't accept prepaid return even if it has issues. Worst customer service and Amazon can't do anything because the product isn't sold by Amazon. I had to return the set and I paid CAD 46$. Trust me don't buy this product. There isn't any after sale service period! If the set doesn't have issue during assembling you are fine but if it has you done! You buy at your own risk!
