Great comics

Expected more
Decent enough read but I was expecting more. The Joker seemed a bit off and a bit short sighted after the initial methodical planning. It just felt like this could be been a longer arc.

Creative team on the rise while quality of paper and spine being dropped.
As the cover is pretty self explanatory, the Joker is back and sh*t hits the fans. it's a pretty cool arc. the creative team behind Batman Beyond are one the most consistent in the Dc universe. great feel of story with equal mood setting of the tv show. The Batman Beyond Comics just keep getting better and better. sadly, the spine of the book with the quality of the paper clearly downgraded from the other releases. the paper feels more thin and cheap with the spine of the book being changed from the early Rebirth releases. it's not a deal breaker, but why change the colour of the spines and make it aesthetically unpleasing beside the other early volumes of rebirth? Nevertheless, the Beyond Comics are honestly. great read. its Batman in the future bruh, what's there not to like?

Great Start, Good Middle, Meh Ending
A very uneven story, its plot is filled with trite drama when it would've been better suited to have a more binary tale rather than this condemning of old batman traditions.

An alternate Return of the Joker
Another good installment, though not without some nitpicks this time around. Some of the flasbacks and exposition felt clunky, the Joker honestly didn't look any older for much of the book, and the fact that that the Batman that the series follows never comes to blows with Joker directly makes the arc pale in comparison to how the DC animated universe handled this idea. That being said, the story is good overall and makes me excited for where they could take it.
