Does this fit Delonghi magnifica esam 3300?

No it does not. I ordered the part can’t get it to fit. Employee at DeLonghi’s 866 # told me it’s NOT the right part. He was useless so he could be wrong. I’m so furious and so disappointed in DeLonghi!!! $700 paper weight in my kitchen.
