Good sponges, only 4 stars Astley are a litte bit firmer. They work well, give great resuts

I have never used Beauty Blenders or any high end blending sponges so I cant really compare these to them. However, these do a great job. I nearly didn't order these as my passed experiences with ordering beauty sponges online just leads to disappointment. They are usually rock hard and dont blend very well. This was not the case with the amoore sponges.Once dampened, they were soft and fluffy - very bouncy, making it easy to buff out my make up. Although, they are not like this dry - but pretty sure everyone wets their sponges now. If you have used them, they are a lot like the Primark sponges but BETTER. I have got a lot of use out of these so far and once I have finished, I will buy these again as I have had such a great experience. My foundation is very even and the texture contributes to the matte effect I always try to achieve.If funds are low but you need quality, definitely get these. You will not be disappointed!EDIT: I just washed two with dog shampoo (if you think that's weird, try it - it really works) and they were clean within minutes. I think I will get a lot more use out of these than I thought so 5 stars!!!

Clearing my makeup drawer so decided on getting new ones

Instead of bevels I got teardrop sponges but very nice and soft, kind of easy to clean and nice application

I was previously using the Real Techniques orange egg face sponge, which was great. While it's not expensive, I thought I'd give these a whirl as they're better value for money and look exactly the same (plus bonus ones of a different shape!)Overall I really can't tell the difference, in fact these might be slightly better – a bit bigger, firmer and bouncier and they don't seem to tear as much over time.They're easy to clean and last well through multiple washes – I do mine with the same oil cleanser I use to wash my face, but I assume brush cleaner or baby shampoo would also work.Highly recommend!
