I had no side effects at all from this supplement. I used to take a powdered version of Phosphatidyl Serine, which I'm sure was superior, but after only three or four uses, it would clump together and be nearly impossible to dose out. These softgels are perfect! I will have to let you know about what the memory improvements are. I'm still working on that! Till then, I do recommend this product.
