We like it
I recomend this product is value for money just make sure the to purches separet pin adaptor for your car as it come with 8pin cable.I had to bye adaptor to fit in my car as it is 7 pin one.

Poor assembly instructions
Good strong build but let down by very poor instruction manual,switches from different languages from page to page.Some small parts missing but not problem and eventually figured out construction,very sturdy and well made,I only required 2 bike model and suited me

Electrical connection not as described
Item description states it can be used with 7 and 13 pin sockets. THIS IS NOT TRUE. I had to buy an additional adaptor. Other than this item is good quality and works well.

Lots of missing parts & inaccurate description
Whilst this is largely a sturdy product I was very disappointed to find that, despite the description saying it came with 7-pin and 13-pin plug, it came with neither. The plug to attach to the electrics on the socket on the car had 8 pins so I had to buy an adaptor which cost me £10 plus time and travel costs in obtaining it. In addition there were missing washers, straps and connectors. As I was unable to contact Amazon customer services about this I emailed Witter direct but despite their automated system saying they would reply with 48-hours I have heard nothing from them. Very poor customer service. Disappointing product especially given the very high price. Would not buy Witter products again after this experience.

Not exactly what you might expect but I suppose you get what you pay for!
Even a multiningual mechanic would struggle with their instruction manual and nothing useful on line. Far less sturdy that the picture seems to suggest. Feel the need to constantly check it over when using it for longer than a few miles.Overall: OK for very lightweight bikes but not for anything heavier than a carbon frame.Couldn't in all honesty recommend it.

TOPP Fahrradträger für kleines GELD!!
Wir sind bisher sehr zufrieden mit dem Fahrradträger von Witter!! Der Preis ist unschlagbar und die Qualität stimmt auch nach x fachen Einsatz immer noch!! Lediglich der Zusammenbau des Trägers ist leicht anspruchsvoll, aber machbar! Für 2 Räder absolut problemlos und die Montage auf die Kupplung geht innerhalb von 1 Minute ohne grosse Mühen! Praktisch ist auch das einfache Zusammenklappen des Trägers so dass er überall verstaut werden kann! Absolute Kaufempfehlung von uns!!
