These were way better than I had hoped for. I bought them weeks ago and just used them yesterday to dry some apple slices. Wow! These fit my Cabellas commercial dehydrator perfect with room on sides to circulate air. I was very pleased with how easy the thinly sliced apples were to remove from the mats. Clean up was as easy as apple pie! I have 15 trays in my dehydrator and used parchment paper for the other trays. But I am ordering more of these mats since I know what an affordable and well working deal they are.

I LOVE these sheets for my industrial chef wave dehydrator. They make beautiful fruit leather and dehydrated nuts with fruit. They are easy to clean and store nicely in the dehydrator itself. I have a 10 tray dehydrator with metal shelving so these really help keep it clean overall.

Just ordered a second package of these silicone sheets. They fit the Excalibur trays right to the edge and are perfect for fruit leather's. Love that they are silicone and not teflon, and they seem to be good quality.
