BTOOOM! Vol. 4

I am always torn as to whether I should watch the anime or read the manga first. (When both are available.) What works for me is to watch the anime first. It's less expensive and I might only have to invest about 6 hours of my time to discover if it was worth it. And if I like the voices in the anime that's how I hear the characters. Then I'll read the manga to fill in the details that are frequently left out of the anime for time consideration. If I read the manga first I'm always thinking "Why did they leave out the part where..." in the anime. While there isn't a lot of 'fleshing out' in these books I still found it to be worth the purchase. (And you see a little of the people behind the 'game'.) The drawing is quite detailed. If you liked the anime I recommend this series. If you're on the fence as to which way to go, I would say buy the manga. The stories are more complete and you can enjoy them at your own pace. (The first season of the anime is covered in volumes 1-8.)

Great manga with action cant wait to all of them.

I'm enjoying this series. The action Is great kinda reminds of battle royale. I'd recommend this series for fans of action. I just wish the covers were like the original . They look like Xbox cases lol but I guess I understand why they changed it.

Well, the content is great, the print issue where the cover is not on the correct way is a killer...
