I have noticed when I ingest 3 scoops of this I have more energy. It is better than the B vitamins, ginseng, and other things I have tried. I was not taking it for energy, just for heart health, but it makes my days more productive. Go figure.

I am becoming a real fan of NutraBio quality. I am a vegetarian, and take a number of amino acids. I take this Taurine before bed, as it relaxes me and helps me sleep. I take 2 little scoops (2,000 mg) stirred into a glass of water. There is really no taste. I highly recommend it.

This doesn’t have any other ingredients except Taurine! It’s easy to add the amount I want to any beverage.

I like that it's non-gmo. It doesn't dissolve well in water though. Don't notice a taste.

Love this product and how much energy I get with it. Doesn’t really taste like much. I put it in water or add it to my hydration supplements and it’s a great little pick me up without the crash.

this was good. it makes me ill when I see taurine offered in bulk powder and they add titanium dioxide or other excipients, don't patronize those companies at all.
