CERBERUS Strength Olympic Lifting Straps

Very happy with my purchase, thick material and well made straps.

Cerberus make good strongman kit, but fabric straps just aren't very good in weightlifting. The strap design isn't the best, with stitching being easy to pull out, and the fabric itself is very easy to fray - even with regular use.I believe these lasted me about 6-9 months. It's not a bad timeline for training 4-9 times a week, but it's still likely a year of regular use. I found the stitching popped out and the fraying started to bite into the body of the strap. Not only that but the cotton-cum-nylon material was sharp in the hand and got SLICK WITH SWEAT very easily.I've recently swapped out to hand-crafted, leather weightlifting straps and it's become clear that cotton and nylon just aren't it. These are good within the field, especially as a value choice, but it's just postponing the inevitable if you're buying something that's going to wear out quickly.Leather lifting straps all the way.

They don’t fit cool because they’re in the right side instead right and left side

I’ve had these for a couple of months now so waited a while before leaving a review to ensure I’d tested them properly. I read some reviews that said they were too short- I didn’t find this problem but because I am female have much smaller hands than most guys. I’ve tried all sorts of grips, straps and wraps precisely because my hands are small but find it harder to get my hand around bar to grip. After a little practice I found these easy to use- easier than standard straps that loop around your wrist and then have a single strap going round the bar. They seem to be holding up well in use and are best for deadlifts rather than overhead work. For all round straps you won’t get me away from my leather grips that have a short flap that wraps over the bar and is then held under your finger tips. However these straps are much cheaper so if you are looking for a no nonsense value pair of straps these are worth a go.

As per other reviews we found these short. My husband just can't use them and they just about are okay for me.Okay but short!

Unfortunately the straps are too short and therefore makes it almost impossible to get a decent grip on the bar. Perhaps my hands are too big, but in either case the product does not work - will have to try another brand.

The media could not be loaded.  Great for deadlifts, pulls, and Olympic lifts(snatches) high key recommended to save your grip for the future and keeps a nice secure fit.

Was soll ich sagen. Das einzig gute an denen ist, dass sie heile angekommen sind was auch nach 10€ Zoll kosten erst geschehen konnte.Der Grip ist katastrophal, die Dinger rutschen ohne ende.Das Material ist wie ein Anschnallgurt und bietet keinen Halt.Die Zughilfe ist relativ okay was aber dadurch dass man die Zughilfen immer noch sehr feste greifen muss damit sie nicht wegrutschen, verblasst.Und zu guter Letzt schneiden sie auch noch schön ins Handgelenk rein was echt super angenehm (nicht) ist.Alles in allem hat es dazu geführt dass wir lieber ohne Zughilfen trainiert haben als mit den Dingern.*Ich schreibe "Dinger" mit Absicht weil sie für mich persönlich keine richtigen Zughilfen darstellen.
