The texture and taste are excellent. They taste like a homemade cookie-bar, but these are more nutritious to eat. I love the cherry chocolate flavor. They are not too dry or too moist - just perfect.

I bought these bars somewhere else and they were delicious and fresh and soft. The bars I received were almost at their expiration date and crumbly hard not very good didn’t even finish it. wish I could return them, but there’s no refund policy on this product.

I came across these initially at a coffee shop I stopped in during a bike ride for a little break with friends. I loved the bar so much that I ordered a box of them from Amazon. They are tasty, healthy and a great pick me up for athletic adventures. I highly recommend. I loved the fig flavor.

Nice taste, a bit dry, but otherwise good. Not vegan because of honey and the chicory fiber I've heard wreaks havoc with the digestive system of some. Also has coconut oil. I probably won't buy again because of the honey, coconut oil and chicory fiber but if they decide to change these ingredients, I'll buy them again.

I was looking for a tasty protein bar with at least 10 g of protein from a plant source, which these accomplish but the bar descriptions are misleading. I first purchased the variety pack and while I enjoyed all the flavors, I liked the cherry pecan best, mostly because it was the only one with chocolate inside, which would've been nice to know on the label.I took a star off because the descriptions of the bars are misleading. To start off with they're all primarily peanut butter, granola/oatmeal bars with some other nuts, fruit or flavor but the titles make it sound like the titled ingredients play a bigger part than they actually do. So, in my opinion, they all taste very similar because the first two ingredients are peanut butter and oatmeal. I was hoping that the nut butters would be consisting of the nut listed on the label but unfortunately that was not the case and they're all technically legume butter based and not a nut butter.They all also have an unpleasant aftertaste which I'm having a hard time placing but I suspect it may be the chicory root extract. I also find them to be too sweet which could be from the chicory root extract as well.Overall, I would recommend these bars for those looking for a plant-based protein bar but to read the ingredients list first to get a more accurate sense of what the flavor profile will be. Even though I recommend them with reservations, I don't plan to purchase them again because I'm honestly sick of the cloying flavor and can't get over the strange aftertaste.
