I purchased the Gritin Resistance Bands (set of 5) to help with rehab after foot surgery, and I’ve been really impressed with them. The set comes with five different resistance levels, which was perfect for gradually building strength as I progressed in my recovery. Starting with the lightest band, I could ease into exercises without straining my foot, and as I got stronger, I moved up to the heavier ones. The quality is top-notch too; these bands feel durable, made of solid latex that hasn’t shown any signs of wear despite regular use (except foe the black one which I stupidly used to keep the back door of the house open, left it outside for months, and now it is falling to pieces). They come with a handy carrying case, which made it easy to take with you on the go or store them discreetly at home. For anyone recovering from surgery or just looking for a versatile workout tool, these are a great choice. Highly recommend!

Basic but decent set of bands. The tension seems quite good, nice vibrant colours and very easy to use. If you don't know how to use them a quick google search will give you plenty of ideas.

These are hoops as opposed to bands, but well made and useful for my post injury exercises.

I have just received these & have given them a quick go.They seem very good quality compared to other I have tried. They come with a little book showing some exercise your can do & a storage bag.I brought hem whilst they were on offer & believe I got a bargain but to be honest I feel they would have probably been worth the full price based on my initial review.

Item comes with a carrying case, which is convenient, but it comes wrapped in SO much plastic!! Each band comes in its own plastic package, such overkill! If it wasn't for the plastic packaging, these would be perfect.

I use these resistance bands mainly for toning and I absolutely love them. What’s great is that they come in different weights so I can adjust my workout depending on how I’m feeling that day. Some days I go lighter and other days I push myself a bit more.I’m not really a gym person so having something I can use at home, in my own space, has been a huge help. They’ve made me feel more confident about moving my body and I’ve actually been using them nearly every day.They come with a handy little pouch too which makes them easy to store or take with you if needed. There are loads of videos online showing how to use them properly, so it’s been easy to follow along and build a little routine.Highly recommend if you want to tone up at home without needing loads of equipment. Peachy bum in the making over here and loving it.

Arrived promptly through my letter box. Very good quality and I really love the colours. Each band is labelled according to strength and there is a handy little bag for them all.
