Not as useful as hoped
I didn't have any problems with fitting this cover on my City Mini GT, but we just haven't used it much since our baby was born in May. He likes being able to look around and if the bug/UV cover is on, he can't see anything and protests. The rain shield may come in handier in the winter or as we start to use the stroller more. It may be good to have on hand when we absolutely have to block out the weather, but I can't see myself getting a lot of use out of it. Still, it is the best stroller cover I could find for my stroller.

YES you can use the peekaboo window!
Ok, so I asked the question can you use the peekaboo wind when you have this cover on...everyone told me no--but you actually can. I have a city jogger elite btw. For clarification, if you were using this for the rain and to protect the parent bar then yes, they are correct that you couldn’t use the peek-a-boo window bc it would obviously cover everything. However, if you are like me and use this mainly for the bug protection...the flap that covers the window can be tucked under so you can still see/use the window.I will also confirm that as other viewers said no matter what your using it for the closure in the back is very thin strips of velcro that don’t come together very well. You would have to have your strollers canopy completely collapsed to really get it secured good, which I don’t like bc I want my baby to have as much air flow and the cover to be out as far as possible. But I just put two strips of sticky velcro (not taking backing off of the part that was not being stuck to the cover) and bridged the gape between the two sides of the cover--kind of like a belt (horizontally). Then put tow more patches of stick velcor up on the underside of the cover on each side the the velcro belt can be contained when not in use. This worked like a charm to keep the side/back flaps down and secure. The other thing I will mention is that I have noticed when baby is in there-even if it’s the bug protection w/the mesh I think it still gets really hot in there..bc every time I get baby out he’s pretty warm--so if you live in a hot place be careful how long you have baby in it.If anyone needs a pic of my velcro fix let me know!

It fits but could be a little more secure.
This does fit well on my Baby Jogger City Elite. I just wish it was a little snugger around the back of the stroller. I do like how there is enough fabric to cover up the console where I keep my keys, iPod and cell phone. Definitely don't need those getting wet. I like that the price included the sunshade as well as the rain/wind cover. Purchased separately they would have been more. It doesn't fog and my daughter seems comfortable. Being that we're in Chicago this is great on windy days. You tire it behind the front tire on the bottom and the rest of it drapes up the back of the stroller with 2 tie backs. There is velcro but I'm not sure where the velcro is supposed to secure to unless I un-velcro the canopy then slip this onto that velcro. There are little slits in the front so you can pass binkies, cheerios and other items to the passenger inside. I wish it unzipped in front of the passenger just in case you have a larger item like a sippy cup or to re-arrange a blanket. While at a craft store I decided to pick up some hook and loop tape, self adhesive velcro. I added a few strips around the perimeter of the stroller & cover out of view. This has contoured the fit perfectly. Quite an easy fix for $3.00.

OK but room for improvement / Easily rips, zipper sticks and hard to fix
It's a little frustrating to take on and off because you have to tie at the top handlebar and then once on either side of the frame down by the wheel. A better design would include Velcro attached D-rings that you keep in place and then attach the cover with carabiner clips. Also, the sunshade of the stroller (City Mini GT) isn't able to fully extend while the cover is in place. This isn't an issue, other than it can create some undue stress of the perimeter of the cover near the handlebars, which on ours, is now beginning to tear after a handful of uses. All in all, it's an OK cover that does what it's supposed to, but it could be done better.EDIT: I wish I hadn't wasted my money. Fits poorly. As previously mentioned, the areas around the ties are weak and will tear over time. Mine is completely useless after 3 months light use. Baby Jogger sells a newer version which hopefully isn't garbage like this one. Too late to return. Not happy.

Works with BOB
Works on my Bob Revolution. Elastic around front and stretches perfectly over sides, base and top ties securely. flap that hangs down the back does not completely secure to the side flaps on my Bob, it's Velcro, but I consider that more of an extra than a necessity. I secure one side and the other flaps a bit. Babe is completely covered. I used this during the winter for warmth because it gets toasty in there! Using it now for wind and I just make sure babe is dressed minimally, like no socks or shoes and short sleeves. So much cheaper than the Bob weather cover and easy to put on and take off.

Love this multi-weather cover
This is a great year-round cover --I like the mesh for hot summer days which provides sun and insect protection and I use the clear plastic cover without the mesh for cold or rainy days. It both keeps out the rain as well as the wind and cold air. I use it everyday while walking the dog while pushing my baby/toddler in my Baby Jogger Summitt XC stroller. After almost daily use for about a year, it developed a tear in the fabric near the stroller handle, where the fabric would become twisted around the handle ties, due to multiple times of rolling up the cover to store it and rolling it out to use it while not paying too much time or attention to whether the fabric and ties were perfectly untwisted. But I sewed up without a problem and it is as good as new. Just in case, though, I bought a second one- it is well worth the money to keep baby safe, warm/cool, and comfortable.

Dissatisfied
The cover ripped when I first put it on. I was very dissatisfied after paying so much knowing I could have easly bought a less expensive cover.
