First, if you do the math, you're actually paying @ 74 cents per ounce, because you're getting 7 containers, not one. So ignore the "per ounce" price on Kamada's Amazon pages! Second, as mentioned in a review I did of the dashi soy, Kamada's sauces are incredible. I'd been looking for a quick easy way to make dashi soy sauce, and a Japanese friend suggested Kamada. The first time, I bought only dashi soy, but the next I thought I'd take a chance and purchased this assortment - I've never regretted it. The salad dressing bears no resemblance to what you normally get in Japanese restaurants in the US; it's light, "airy", and not at all oily. All three items go well with rice, chicken, fish, you name it. (Well, maybe not spareribs. But who knows?) They also last a really long time, though I refrigerate mine once they're opened.I've never regretted taking a chance on Kamada. It's better than average; I'd say even better than good!
