Lucky that I got this jig saw since I need to fix a PVC pipe that has been glued and there is no way to fix it without cutting it replace it with a new pipe. It cames with blades that I need to cut PVC and other materials.Also, it comes with a carry case which you can safely put it away when it's not use. It's very easy to cut a 1 1/2" PVC pipe with a good cut and get the job done in a min. There are two features that I like a lot is the Laser guide and the scale ruler. So far, I am hapy with this product.

I have tried to navigate curves, circles, or inside openings with a circular saw, I quickly realized why it isn’t intended for anything other than straight cuts. I bought this jigsaw to manage those edges. I like the fact that a laser and light is now included, which is almost a must to navigate a cut. Laser guides are extremely useful for those long and straight cuts I sometimes need looking ahead of a cut. All in all, no frills, a basic jigsaw in a nice case, does the job. It boasts a powerful 6.5 amp motor that is capable of producing no-load speeds from 3000 SPM (strokes per minute).

Anytime I buy a tool I need a case, Helps protect and helps organize. Good case. My last jig saw vibrated my hand to death! This thing is surprisingly smooth cut. Variable speed is great for different types of cuts. Woods plastics.....just about anything. Comes with several different blades. Used it with hard wood and plywood. And also plexi glass. Did an outstanding job considering price. I have no problems with the saw.

I cut out a hole in the door for a cat window. Never used a saw before so I was scared. I was scared I saw myself and scared I'd mess up the door but I decided I'd heal and, if necessarily, I'd just buy a new door. My brother helped me take the door down and showed me ow to use it. Make sure the blade is secure because it goes in and you make it stay secure with a little rocker switch type thing. I wanted it to have a screw or something so I KNEW it would stay in but after I messed with it a while, the blade is secure like they designed. And even tho I'm right handed, I found I had to use my left hand and I did just fine and didn't hurt myself. The cat door's a bit crooked which totally messes up my perfectionist thing but Dad said there's only One who makes things perfect and I ain't Him! LOL - Father knew best. If he was still around, I'm sure he would have been hollering at me!! I miss that.

My jigsaw quit, so I am deciding which one to get. I don't use it that often, but it's nice to have when I want to. My favorite color is blue. You can figure out why I picked this one. Has a lot of nice features as well.

Ordered this for my daughter and I to use for crafting and it's perfect. EAsy to use and change blades. The light if a vast improvement over the ancient jig we had. Very reasonably priced and the carry case makes for neat storage.

This blue little beast was surprisingly easy to handle. At this price point, I honestly wasn’t expecting much. I needed something small for tight spaces. I used it to dismantle an old work bench and a bunch of old drawers in my garage. (Not free standing, as in directly installed in my garage; near electrical, etc). As long as you hold the saw tightly on the wood, I had to exert little to no pressure. It was no problem. Case and level are a plus. Only con is that you can’t use the level and led at the same time.

I found the laser light very useful. It help guide me on my cutting. I’m not big on power tools but I found this very easy to use with the instructions. Everything comes labeled on which saws cut wood or metal. So far, I cut plywood to do a craft for a family friend. I can’t wait to do more!
