Winsor & Newton Cotman Water Colour Painting Plus Set (Pack of 24), Assorted

Just recieved this like half hour back and kind of dissapointed to find a 'Made in China' sticker on the back. Is this genuine product ? is the first thing that came to my mind. Looked up regarding where Winsor and Newton products are manufactured, but couldn't get much information. The only thing I picked up was that they originally started manufacturing in London, UK(obviously) and have since spread out. So I'm assuming they have a manufacturing unit in China to serve Asian countries.I'm not thrilled about this and all my excitement and eager wait has just fizzled out.I'm not sure if 7990 INR for a China made product is worth it.

Awesome pigmentation ..Delivered earlier than I thought it will be.Just simply amazing.Use it on watercolor papers for best results

The watercolours are amazing! They are completely water soluble and the shades are all beautiful😃

I loved the colour quality and the pictures are very bright. Only felt that incase they had given an option of adding lemon yellow, sap green extra as option it would have been very good.

The Winsor & Newton Cotman set of 45 half pans is beautiful. I haven't used any color as yet but I'm sure they are as wonderful as the pigments in tubes. The order arrived as promised in a little over 24 hours and in good condition. The pans were individually wrapped in cellophane with the pigment name on the side of the pan. I love the case/ palette .... I am jumping out of my skin, so happy with my pretty pan set. Reasonably priced too..!

Excellent paint . It blends perfectly. And colour are very vibrant.

What a lovely selection of half pan colours. The paints are brilliant to use. I am a novice and these paints have helped me setup. I decided to paint of the exact layout in the set to help me see how each of the colours look on paper and how they dry on 300 GSM watercolour pair. Hopefully this review and the photo helps others.

Son acuarelas de buena calidad con resistencia correcta a la luz y pigmentación muy aceptable. La gama Cotman en concreto es pensada para estudiantes y principiantes que quieran iniciarse en este arte.La caja que adquirí yo en concreto viene con negro y blanco colores algo innecesarios en la acuarela, también viene con gris de payne el cual es bastante versátil y con el que puedes hacer muchas mezclas. En la foto que adjunto se puede observar la amplia gama de colores que se obtiene con 12 pastillas.

La qualità degli Acquerelli W&N è una garanzia, ma un importante nota da fare, che non è specificata nella descrizione, è che i 45 godet all'interno non sono tutti differenti, ma ci sono 5 doppioni, i colori primari, un bianco e un nero (che tra l'altro nella confezione da 12 il nero non è nemmeno presente e qui me ne mettono 2), dentro la confezione c'è un vano porta pennelli (vuoto, mentre nella confezione da 12 c'è un mini pennello di metallo che si chiude a tappo) e due sportelli che fungono da tavolozze per i colori, il cofanetto non puo esser aperto parzialmente, al massimo puoi tenere una parte sollevata, ed una volta aperto occupa un bel po di spazio ovviamente, 26 per 33cm che lo rendono un oggetto abbastanza ingombrante.Detto questo, il prodotto merita assolutamente 5 stelle anche con o senza pennello omaggio e con o senza ingombro eccessivo.Allego 3 illustrazioni che ho fatto con Acquerelli W&N!

Set Studio 45 medio godetEspectacular!!Se trata de una completa caja de plastico blanco con capacidad para 48 medios godets, por lo q puedes añadir medio gotes sueltos.Los colores que trae son 40 diferentes mas 5 repetidos. Los repetidos son los basicos mas usados color blanco, negro, azul, amarillo y rojo.El nombre y codigo de cada color viene impreso en el envoltorio de papel y en el lateral del propio cacillo de plastico blanco de cada pigmento.El precio es extraordinario comparado con el mismo producto en otras webs.Adjunto varias fotos.

Ordered the 12 half pans to use when I am on holiday/ on the move. I read reviews that it was compact but I had no idea just how small it was (pleasantly surprised)– it is the same size as my iPhone 6 (pictured for your reference). The palette doesn't come with black, which is a bit strange but not a deal breaker for a beginner like me. It also comes with a small brush which is useful.
