Cannot replace valve using o ring that came with the new valve.The valve will not seat properly on o ring .New o ring is clear color??

I’m not sure what is wrong, I have not had trouble with replacing them. Perhaps there is a YouTube video to show you how, perhaps it is defective. Or perhaps you are putting it in the wrong place. Not sure

I do not think so. I think Bialetti has a proprietary design unique to their own Mukka Express makers. Curious why you want to use one elsewhere? If you have a new Mukka valve, I will buy it from you.

Is this item authentic? And does it come on its original package shown in the picture.

Mine came in the original package and I believe that it is authentic. It came from Japan and it arrived in less than one week. It is quite expensive but I was desperate. I was in Rome this past summer and bought a new pot in a Bialetti shop. The two valves appear to be the same construction.
