A New Spice in My Kitchen.
This Yeminite Spice Mix will enhance any soup. Recently, In my regular recipe for chicken soup, I added just a bit of this mix and it provided that extra something that transforms good to great. It is now a part of the recipe. However, be careful as just a little will go a long way. Can't wait taste the result when added to my stew.

I was not familiar with this spice blend. I decided to buy it after a friend treated me to a Lebanese soup in which it is a key ingredient. I used the recipe in a soup of mine and had great results. Despite the fact that it is intense, it is not overpowering.
