My plants were packaged so well and arrived in perfect condition. I commend them for that considering how much the USPS where I am at destroys packages.I love my plants and despite not planting them immediately they have picked up and over 2 months later they are all thriving!.Their customer service is also commendable 🌱💚!.Ordered more too😂!....

I expected a plant in a four inch pot instead I got 3 almost dead clippings with no roots. Product came from Puerto Rico in a nine inches long, by one and one half inches wide box. There was nothing to keep the clipping moist, just laying flat in the box. I have placed them in water and will see what happens in the next few days. There were already dead yellow leaves with the edges already dried up. They could also have cleaned the leaves. I had called for a tracking number and never got one but the tracking number was right on the mailing package. Leaves are very soft and droopy, if they don't get back some firmness in the next few days I am requesting a refund. There was a reason I paid $22.00 over the less expensive ones. These people should be ashamed of themselves. The merchant is supposedly In CA.

I was a little nervous about ordering these plants after reading a few of the negative reviews but decided to take my chances and ordered two to increase the likelihood of success. I was not disappointed at all! They arrived quickly and were safely wrapped with sufficient moisture for the trip. I had expected two plants but it appeared that the seller packed two per order so I ended up with 4 plants which was a nice surprise. All plants were very small but I expected that after reading the reviews. They all had 2 to 3 healthy leaves. I was happy with them! (I order lots of plants and trees from various places and this appears to be the standard shipping size.) I popped them in some dirt in some old pots and they took readily and grew very quickly! After a month of growth I have very healthy plants of good size! I am very satisfied and would order again! (The only thing negative I would say is that no planting instructions or information was included which would be nice for planters that aren’t sure what to do.)

I was disappointed when it arrived. It had very little amount of roots, a small spice of plant, wrapped in a most piece of paper towel, in plastic. 😐☹️ I paid for the one in a pot, $26. not $10. for a piece of plant.I'll wait and see how it does, I brought a small pot and potting soil.

When this plant arrived, i didn't realise that i couldnot plant it in the pot i got ready for it. It took me 3 more days to get a pot ready for it's planting, though i lost a leaf which withered and dropped off the stem, the plant is doing really well 10days after it arrived. I would recommend this again and again. I hope to get another plant for a friend soon.

My likes none. My dislikes, the plant came like it is missing energy with two leaves lapping together in a wet tissue. Plant it then the two leaves fell off. Now it’s been over a month waiting for it to produce new leaves and nothing came yet, but it’s alive. Should have returned but I thought I could save it and I am still trying. Would not recommend nor would I buy again.

Who ever packaged this product is a very skilled individual!!! Not only did it come 2 days earlier than expected but when opened my package my plant was alive and well😻. My plants roots were wrapped is a special sandy soil mix then newspaper was wrapped around that . Then wrapped in plastic wrap to prevent dirt getting every where. The whole plant itself was boxed triangular from scratch which I thought was so cool lol. Then packaged in a fancy floral shipping bag I never knew was possible. I potted my plant in fresh dirt upon arrival and it’s been getting stronger ever since Great work you guys!👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾
