Yes. It can be used to dispense grease.

Do these have tips to seal them after use?

Yes, but I found 20ml was much larger than I needed.

Are they supposed to leak like a sieve? The one I purchased is leading the second I fill it.

When you fill it by pulling back on the handle you need to turn it upwards so it will not leak out, if the Is Leaking through the rubber or Silicone part then you could have a defective product

Can you use these to feed kids?

No. The ones I got were so hard to push the plunger and I would not do that for a child
