Easy Setup!
This printer took us 5 minutes to set up and we were able to print and scan right away! The scanning does take a few seconds to scan each page and then send but it was great for the price of this printer. It is exactly what we need of our home office!

muiti probelm and defect on the printer copy machine !
This printer used for printing FBA labels has many problems and is not suitable for FBA orders. Its performance is unstable and may lead to significant issues. Additionally, there is a problem with adhesive residue on the cover when attempting to copy and place original paper, causing the paper to often stick between the cover and the glass table. Overall, this is a poor-quality printer.

Wifi setup does not work half the time. Dud.
Never had so much trouble connecting a printer to the wifi network and getting it to work consistently. Every month or so it just doesn't work until I fddle with the settings for an hour or so. Very disappointed in HP! I thought it would be a sure bet, but have to rate it a dud. Steer clear.

A TERRIFIC VALUE
My printer and iMac are new - 1 month old. Have new Big Sur system. I am not too good with the inner workings of these machines, so expected a problem setting up. Was making progress, but then hit a wall. Called Apple Help and was up and running in about 5 minutes. My only phone contact with HP was to get confirmation that this printer was compatible with Big Sur. My needs are just for personal use, so my volume its not great, am not on a network, do not print many graphics, and do not fax. So please base my opinions on these facts. The quality and speed of operation are terrific - so far. Two-sided printing is fast and easy to do. I would give 5 stars except for some of the issues that others have pointed out. The set-up procedure should be more user-friendly. The touch screen is much too small. I rate my fingers a bit smaller than other men, but still cannot consistently make an entry by touch. Solution - use the eraser end of a pencil. It's just poor design, especially since HP has other printers with the same frame and a larger touch screen. C'mon HP, it's an easy fix for little expense. The blinking light when the printer sleeps does not bother me, but it would be better if that light went off and instead a message showed up on the touch-screen. Final negative is that the toner replacement cartridges are fairly expensive, but not being a high volume user, it is not an issue for me. In summary, I give 4 stars overall, but 5 stars for performance in fulfilling my printing needs.
