Lifespan Development (7th Edition) 7th Edition

Being my first purchase (and first textbook purchase at that) on Amazon.com, I found this product immediately and to be exactly what I needed for my summer classes. The seller said the book had slight damage, but it was totally perfect! The pages of content were all intact and my order was shipped in the exact time span I needed. It helped me in my class, and now I know where to get all of my textbooks for the upcoming fall semester!

I was pretty amazed at the condition of the text book I purchased, until I received it and realized that the seller was right all along that there reviews about a book is what they say it is. I really appreciated the condition of the text book and I will be back sometime in the very near future. Thanks.

My book was supposed to common Sunday got it on Saturday... pretty happy no issues.

This textbook helps students understand each development in the life cycle of a human. I enjoyed it, and have learn more about human development in each stage our needs are different.

This copy I rented was pretty clean. There was no notes or highlighted section written on the book. But It had weird chemical smell to it, and if you are sensitive to certain smell, it might bother you. I assume the smell comes from a disinfecting substance that is sprayed on between each rentals during this Covid time. Overall, it was a good rental, still worth it more than buying it.

For the price, I think that this textbook lacked a lot of depth. It only hardly touches upon the main aspects of different theories regarding lifespan development. It will lay out the basics of the theories, but will not provide any in depth analyses of them. Also, if you are taking a class that requires you to know the basics of developmental theory like mine did, you would probably be better off just using google to find the theories you are looking for. All of this information is easily accessible online and this text does not offer anything special. It does not assist you in your learning, it only states what you should know. I ended up selling mine during the middle of my lifespan development course because my professor's notes were enough to guide me through the class with a little bit of help from the internet to assist my learning.

Love this book! Easy to read and study. I enjoy studying with this book. Delivered in a timely fashion and in great condition.
