These hinges are very well made. Delivery was fast and on time. I do have a problem and is not with this product. Its my cabinets, they are made and sold by Lowes, but they are 16 years old. The hinges then had bigger holes and bigger screws and larger diameter. My older hinges broke in the middle. I went to Lowes and all hinges they sell, are for new cabinets, smaller screws. The sales man said Sir you are not going to find them in stores try Amazon, so I did. He did try to sell me 17 new cabinets with new hardware. So as you can see I'm in a bind,and no were to go. The hinges are longer and the bends are more profusely on the new ones. The older well are bigger all the way around. We tried using the new ones by making the holes bigger, but it doesn't work, because you have to have precise holes in order to do the up, down and side adjustments. So I have new hinges on old doors with bigger holes, using the older screws on newer hinges, with made holes that are not perfect. So my doors lok OK, but the adjustments are not correct. So it is what it is. We are older now. So I told the wife don't worry its our granddaughter's problem now - she will get the house when both of us are gone

To replace the broken hinge to my medicine cabinet. Did not find matching replacements at the local hardware stores.

Very happy with the quality. The screws end up being in a slightly different place on the cabinet then my old hinge, but it is just as well made and versatile. The same type I saw at Home Depot were junk compared to these. IMHO

The quality is not equal to the same part produced several years ago. In the past, the door frame (baseplate) bracket was cast with several threads of grip. Now it is stamped steel and the adjustment screw is easily stripped. For me, this was a replacement for a worn hinge. I was able to cannibalize the old hing for the better baseplate.

The screw holes for this hinge were in a different location from the original hinge I used, but I just drilled new holes, and it fit on the cabinet door perfectly, and the door does not wiggle when you open it. Very happy with this hinge!

The review written by Austin above with the picture is accurate. Hickory should fix the page. The picture they show of the hinge is not what they ship. The picture is the exact hinge I have from DTC, but what they ship is slightly different and the 2 mounting holes that go on the door do not line up to the drilled holes on my cabinet. If Austin above somehow reads this, I would like to know where he got the DTC hinge from.

Looked like a direct replacement for the hinge in a medicine cabinet I bought at the Home Depot twelve years ago, but I needed to modify the cabinet door to make it work. It worked and is holding up well.

Needed a hinge for medicine cabinet. Theses hinges where a perfect fit. Smooth operation.
