Action comics #1 missing stories.
I liked reading the first story of superman without having to spend millions of dollars to do it. However, when I purchased this issue, why do I only get the superman story and not the rest of the issue?

COPY of the first one
It is digital reprint of the very first superman comics, of long ago, I remember, of large reprint of it. So it's like a copy of the original in basic form without the ad pages.

Imagine how much fun Christopher, Brandon and Henry had!!
I loved the book! Amazon didn't allow anybody to mess with the original format. This would be family-friendly fun. Imagine how our favorite Superman flew into our hearts with adventures like this classic one. I plan to celebrate the 100th year anniversary of Superman in 2038, this party favor is a must!

Not Full Reprint Of Action #1 -- Just The Superman Story
For those of who read comics in the 70s, the phrase "Famous First Edition" immediately brings back memories of those great, oversized full reprints of famous comics -- and the first one in the series was Action Comics #1, naturally.I did enjoy reading the Superman story, but this item is presented as "Action Comics #1". It didn't say anything about just being the Superman story from that issue.I'm not furious about it or anything, but just wanted my fellow comics fans to know that you're not getting the full reprint here.

The Original SuperHero ... Superman's first appearance on Earth
I was so delighted when, a couple of decades ago, DC finally reprinted this first issue of ACTION. This is the first appearance of SUPERMAN in any form other than the inventors' imaginations. This was the first time that any of us saw Superman jump over a building. He had not yet developed the ability to fly.Even if you don't read Superman (or watch him in movies, television shows or other formats), you will want to be sure to read this version, the original, just to see how much his legend has changed over these decades of growth.I highly recommend that you get this reproduction of Action #1. You will enjoy it.

Look Up in the Sky!
What a wonderful way to begin such an iconic character. And here we are 85 years later still enjoying him.
