OLYMPUS LI-50B Rechargeable Battery Pack

It takes a couple of hours to charge.

Works as expected. Holds a charge like the original. Just wish these were not so expensive. Could have bought a cheaper option to replace an older 3rd party battery I had. One stopped holding a full charge (had it for over5 years) and the other swelled up (had for about 3 years). This time I went OEM.

I can't rate the battery life since it is brand new but it appears OEM, charged up and works well.

Battery did not last as long as others I have purchased for my Olympus camera.

I bought an extra battery for my ruggedized Olympus point and shoot camera. It has been great to have extra charge for extended periods of shooting pictures. At one point, I took permanent markers and colored the batteries so I can tell them apart better.

In Zeiten der massiven Produktfälschung was Original-Akkus angeht, scheinen hier wirklich Original-Akkus verkauft zu werden. Austesten konnte ich den Akku noch nicht (erfolgt nächste Woche - sollte sich was Negatives ergeben, werde ich meine Rezension anpassen). Ich habe den Akku gekauft für meine Olympus SZ-10 PRO: - Vorderseite und Rückseite ist identisch mit dem Original-Akku - Aufladen funktionierte ohne Fehlermeldung in der Kamera selbst KONTRA: - Produktionsdatum ist aus 2010 !! Die Kamera selbst habe ich als Restposten Anfang des Jahres (02/2012 ??) gekauft. Als Original-Akku war dort ein Akku mit Produktionsdatum 2011 dabei. Da finde ich es schade einen Akku von 2010 bei einem späteren Kauf zu erwerben. Dafür war der Preis meiner Meinung nach absolut in Ordnung für einen Original Akku. Hoffe geholfen zu haben :o)

Much better than a different set of batteries I bought. This actually holds a charge! The batteries are very reliable and perfect for the camera in which they are used. The charger is perfect for travel as the plug folds into the unit itself making it exactly what I needed. The other parts sent were just bonuses as I didn't need them but they sure are nice as a surprise

Genuine battery, good price. To be honest, I cannot remember if it lasts as long as the original one I got with my camera, because that was 2.5 years ago! Says somewhere that it takes around 196 shots. But that would not include fiddling with the settings, zooming in and out, etc. I found it lasted several consecutive days, and I take around ten shots a day, with lots of fiddling! Have just ordered another one to take on holiday. £13.95 is a lovely price, and it definitely lasts longer than the generics. Charge up before first use, and recharge in 2 hours between uses. I also recommend the generic charger from Ex-pro for this battery type: got mine in 2012 when the camera was new, for less than a tenner, and it's still going strong (my camera only came with a cable for charging, to connect up to a USB port. Pants to that!)
